The Tier Career Path Development Program was designed to:
Create a suggested curriculum of courses and learning opportunities for Tiers and other represented employees
Develop a qualified labor pool for functional areas
Enhance the employees' existing skills and develop new ones
Align suggested learning with the individual's plans for potential advancement
As requested in the agreement between the Company and Office & Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU) effective August 1, 2002, this program:
The Tier Employee Materials and Tier Manager Materials were created to help Tier employees develop and implement a career development path.
This program may be used by the OAAs, if they so desire.
